Goals

S-Corp: Eventually we want to generate enough revenue to safely transition to S-corp, or obtain non-profit status. Ideally the LLC would gain partners and donors, hire staff for promoting services .

Board of Directors: As we expand, it’s becoming more clear that we will need help growing.

Non profit status: This is a potential route we might want to go down. As a service based company, it wouldn’t be too hard to obtain that status, however it might hinder us from selling products, merch, and other stuff

Partnering with Hospitals: Monthly residency programs for clowns and performers.

In-school residency Programs : Developing a robust client base of schools for circus programs. Most programs will be scheduled for winter-spring seasons, mutually benefiting schools and our artists during there hardest season.
