Goals

S-Corp: Eventually we want to generate enough revenue to safely transition to S-corp, or obtain non-profit status. Ideally the LLC would gain partners and donors, hire staff for promoting services .

Partnering with Hospitals: We would love to partner with hospitals to provide monthly residency programs for clowns and performers.

Community-focused shows: Creating a space for performers to try out new material, gain promotional video/media to help them down their path. (Update: we accomplished this with the Sawdust Vaudeville Show!)

In-school residency Programs : Developing a robust client base of schools for circus programs. Most programs will be scheduled for winter-spring seasons, mutually benefiting schools and our artists during there hardest season.
